3DVisualizr
A 3D digital twin of the shop floor for the people who run it
3DVisualizr is Elisa IndustrIQ's digital-twin toolkit. A 3D editor, a cloud-native rendering engine, and a set of self-service modelling tools for building production-environment views that planners and operators can actually use. The views can be enriched with data labels showing live machine status, dynamic objects for track-and-trace, and heatmaps that colour objects by state, so the information you need about the floor is always in context rather than buried in a dashboard. The engine is 100% cloud-native, which means your 3D models are accessible from anywhere and runs on a pay-as-you-go model so you can scale as your visualisation needs grow. And because it integrates cleanly with platforms like PTC Thingworx, Microsoft BI and Grafana, it slots into the tooling you already run.
Build a factory scene without CAD skills
3DVisualizr has a cloud-based WYSIWYG editor that lets anyone build 3D scenarios representing the actual elements of their production department. Users pick objects from a built-in resource library to compose the scene, and if a customer already has CAD models of their own equipment, they can upload those straight into the portal and use them immediately.
Visualise production in context: KPIs, heatmaps and live machine state
The 3D engine retrieves the scene you built and renders it, pulling in data labels that tie live information to each machine, line or shop-floor area. Those labels can carry KPIs, parameter data, text and interactive buttons. And the built-in heatmap feature colours 3D objects by their current state, so the whole view shifts as the factory runs. The UI options are wide open, so presentation can be tuned to the team actually using the view.

How 3DVisualizr plugs into the MES and Shop Floor Monitor
3DVisualizr connects into the rest of sedApta Suite through the Notification Engine - a module of Shop Floor Monitor that acts as an event server, delivering messages and routing incoming events to the people who need them. That is how 3DVisualizr and the MES stay in step: as KPIs, data and information are defined for each production line and each component of the factory environment, critical events show up instantly in the 3D view, attached to the exact element they relate to.
Four things 3DVisualizr changes for the people running the floor
Immediately receive notifications of critical events thanks to the 3D visualization of the production line
Combine teams with real-world mirroring visualizations that align understanding and collaborating cross functions
Check the dimensions of the production lines in case of displacement or insertion of new machinery before their actual installation, allowing customers to check the work spaces according to the safety regulations in force

About Manufacturing Operations Management
Optimize day-by-day scheduling and manufacturing operations
sedApta Suite for MOM allows real-time orchestration of machines, solutions and people in order to reach new process methodologies based on sharing knowledge and on the possibility to track results and bottlenecks in real-time, with all the relevant associated KPI’s.
